I decided to start my buddy system to help increase the likelihood of a persons success on my plan!! Yes, I offer as much support as I possibly can via email and other online platforms. However, I’m not physically there to make sure you pull yourself off the couch to do a workout or to stick to your meal plans!!
That’s why starting one of my plans with a friend/sibling/spouse who also want to get in better shape can be so beneficial. If one of you ever feels like not sticking to the plan or not doing a workout you will have someone right with you to give you the support and motivation to keep going. I think this system could prove quite beneficial to people who have an event, holiday, wedding, birthday etc. coming up as you can work together to help each other achieve your goals.
So when you start off and make this lifestyle change, you will have me and someone close to you to help make sure you keep on track when you may feel like taking the easier option and eating junk food for dinner or skipping a workout!! Then I promise you when you get used to this new approach to eating and training you will never look back and always be able to manage your weight and fat loss!!
