To be honest, there is no real difference. Fat loss occurs the same way. I will set your training program, set your calories and give you meal plans. The main difference is the timeframe you want to work with me. Usually people that don’t really know me sign up to a 4 week plan to get a feel for me and decide if they want to go for something more long term. Someone that knows me pretty well, follows my content and knows to trust me will go for a 90 day plan. At the end of the day I’m not trying to con you or pull the wool over your eyes, it’s just different time domains that you can sign up to. It works out a little bit cheaper if you sign up to a longer term plan.
I can design bodyweight-only home workouts but preferably and what I always recommend is having a set of adjustable dumbbells to use at home.
This is a subscription-based plan that features 3 phases every 30 days. You will be charged €90 every 30 days for 3 months.
There is no such thing as a cheat meal. Food is food. I will strive to teach you not to view food as good or bad ever again.
