This is the complete package for those who want a custom-made training program and tailored nutrition program. Lose weight, tone up, build muscle, get fitter, whatever your goal is combining both training and nutrition is the key to achieving it.
What you receive:
You will receive sample meal plans along with a calorie & macronutrients (Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat) goal designed specifically for you to achieve your desired results. These meal plans will be made for you (not generic) based on foods you tell me you like in a questionnaire after you sign up. This is to help you in the early days of your plan so you understand how to manage your calories whilst eating foods you love!
You will receive a training program consisting of exercises, sets, reps, and rest times to complete. Not sure how to do an exercise, don’t worry every movement has a video demonstration to show you how to complete it safely & correctly. Gym and home workouts are available in case you are not a member of a gym.
As always I will be accessible through my SUWS App to answer any questions & give you additional support for the duration of your plan. Every weekend I will request you to check in with me so I can review your week & progress.. Decide if anything needs to be adjusted and give you some extra advice & guidance based on your previous days.
