I highly recommend you complete a Training & Nutrition plan with me before you purchase a training plan only option. Reason being that no training plan will have the desired effect without correct diet intervention.
What I suggest is completing a Training & Nutrition plan with me first. Learn everything you need to know about dieting for your desired goal. Then come here for the training plan only option when you are capable of managing your nutrition by yourself.

Who is this program for?
If you are looking to improve your overall Strength & Fitness while burning a large amount of calories in each workout this program is for you.
This program consists of 4 sessions per week. 3 of those sessions start with a strength aspect (Squat, Push & Deadlift) & 1 session is a double conditioning session. You will see a large improvement in strength and cardiovascular fitness levels from this program. Along with that once combined with a calorie controlled diet you will see huge improvements in fat loss also.

Hypertrophy / Muscle Building
Who is this program for?
Anyone looking to start adding muscle onto their body. If your goal is to add some size, this is the program for you.
It consists of 4 sessions per week with the goal to cause damage to the muscle fibres in order to stimulate growth. This is a full body program with the goal to increase size both in lower & Upper body whilst maintaining a low level of body fat. With the correct diet intervention you should notice a good change in muscle thickness & size after this.
