SUWS 12 Week Challenge - Client Reviews!
Client 1;
At the beginning of the 12 week challenge I was a person who always told myself I wouldn’t be able for that when I looked at others on their fitness journey! I had lost the last bit of body confidence I had left and at 21 I wasn’t where I wanted to be with my health ! I now feel stronger and fitter than ever and have reached my goal of achieving my first push up and running 3Km ! I’m excited to push towards my first 5Km now too ! I now fit back into clothes I never thought I would and cannot wait to dress up and not feel conscious of my legs or hips ! As a student Home Ec teacher I also feel like I have gained such a huge insight into how nutrient intake controls your body ! I am extremely proud of all I have achieved and soo thankful to you Paul and the entire group for the support throughout ! I cannot wait to continue on this journey making it a part of my daily life
My Ah Ha moment was definitely realising that the scales does not define you !

12 weeks ago I was down and out, feeling frumpy and annoyed with how clothes fitted and looked on me. Fast forward those 12 weeks, I'm so much happier in myself which is the most important outcome from this challenge, I thought it would of been on how I looked, but No, I feel great, educated to the point that I know how to lose and maintain weight in a safe manner! I'm so happy and eager to keep going, it's not the end for me, my lifestyle has changed for the better , Thank you Paul so much , only bad thing is my credit card bill has shot up🤣I'm busy buying new clothes!!

I honestly feel like a different person since I started..I'm so much more comfortable in myself I'm not constantly pulling at my clothes or paranoid of everyone thinking im fat..I still have plenty more to lose but already I feel so much better..I know now that I can still have my nice foods or a few drinks and i can mange that by counting my calories and being consistent..I've lost weight before but it always went back on because I slipped back into old habits but with this I still have old habits mixed with my new ones and I'm finally in control of my weight..Your plan is so simple yet so effective and I'm honestly so happy i did it..Genuinely the best money I've ever spent paul thanks so much

12 weeks ago I constantly thought about my weight. Lockdown had done me no favours. I ate what I wanted when I wanted. No accountability. Then I decided to do something what I thought was the right way to lose weight. I tried to 'eat healthy' and when the scale wasnt moving I got frustrated and binged. I hadn't the right tools to begin my journey.
Where am I now
100% more confident in myself. Feeling strong and able to achieve what I want. I am so excited to carry on with the knowledge I have to carry on in my journey and smash some new goals. I feel like I can achieve anything I put my mind to. Where as 12 weeks ago I would never of dreamed of it because I would of negatively thought I cant do that am not fit enough for it. I am so grateful that I took the plunge into this plan and I am so excited to do the next 12 week challenge with a whole new set of goals and challenges.
Thanks Paul you made the whole process as easy as possible and always there to give the moral support I needed. I did not think I would complete the 12 weeks without falling of the wagon. The plan was just so easy to plan around and if I wanted a takeaway or anything I made sure I fitted it into my calories. I never deprieved myself and eating chocolate every day and still losing 10kg in 12 weeks is crazy

Hi Paul, at the start of this plan I was happy with my weight that I had got down to from your previous plans I just wanted to tone up more , increase my strength and fitness... My performance goal was 5K and I ran it 4 minutes and 12seconds faster than my first time back in may ..I am so happy where I am now, feel good in my clothes again, better than I have in a long time since having 4 kids..food wise I eat pretty much what I like as long as its within my calories otherwise I find other alternatives..I love working out now, its my new way of life.. Thanks paul for making all this possible..

I cannot believe the change in my body and mind in 12 weeks. 18 lbs down!!! I was hoping to lose a stone so to have surpassed that is just amazing! The plan has completely changed how I look at food and the way I eat. To realise that a diet does'nt have to involve endless portions of lettuce and fruit,that you can eat the foods you actually like and enjoy them guilt free is just fantastic. My fitness levels have shot up and I am loving the training and walking. I feel so much more confident and happy in myself and am so thankful for all the help and support. Fantastic plan and app. Super job Paul.
