I’m fully dying inside sharing this, but I feel like it will help people who don’t know where to start! The “Sydney Stone” got me good!!
A massive thank you to Paul for helping me to achieve my goals – that not being “skinny” but being healthier & happier in myself whilst still enjoying myself all of the time.
He thought me not to be scared of foods, which led me not to binge anymore. He is so helpful & no question is a stupid question. He made me feel so comfortable to text him whenever I had questions. I’m not where I want to be just yet but I’m a hell of a lot closer.
So if you’re not feeling great because you are not eating great, do something about it. It’s never too late, I achieved this in 8 weeks from making better choices. For example, instead of having a full fat flat white, I would have an almond milk flat white or an almond black.
It’s so simple but them things make a difference.
Counting calories is a major thing, how can you budget if you don’t know what you have put in vs what you have burned? I remember it was those type of posts that I was seeing which pushed me to start exercising/eating better nearly 2 years ago.....
So I hope that writing this about my experince can help someone else.
